Cordon spur with density plantation of 5000 vine stock per hectare.
Production techniques:
Grapes, selected and harvested by hand, undergo the fermentation at a temperature of 28°C for 3 weeks. Then wine is refined in barriques for 12 months and finally decanted in bottle for 2 months.

Intense with vanilla, marasca cherry and wild berry scents.

Refined, fresh, smooth, with austere scent.

Rosso Piceno Superiore DOC - Polittico
Variety of grapes:
80% Montepulciano 20%Sangiovese Piccolo.
Production zone:
Own vineyards located in Scodalupo area in Castel di Lama.
Cultivation:
Cordon spur with plantation density of 3500 vine stock per hectare.
Production Techniques:
Grapes are selected and harvested by hand in an ideally suited soil for grape production, kept at 80 quintals by hectare. Then they undergo the maceration and fermentation in small tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C, for 10/15 days. After the first 2 months of settling in steel tanks, wine is refined in barriques for further 6 months. Finally wine is bottled and refined for at least other 3 months.

Nicely vanilla flavoured with plum and red fruit berry scents.
Taste:
Intense and pleasantly round with a long lasting after-taste.
